The Contact page can submit the information you enter through Web3Forms so that PXHTML can receive and respond to your project enquiry. Submitted information may include contact details, company information, project requirements, design links and other details you choose to provide. The separate client/order area may also process project information and source files when you use it.
Server logs and essential operation
The hosting environment may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps for security, reliability and troubleshooting.
Project files
Project files should be used only to review, implement and support the work requested by the client. Confidentiality or NDA requirements should be confirmed as part of the project agreement.
Cookies and analytics
The static marketing pages in this package do not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The existing client/order area may require essential session or payment-related functionality; its actual behaviour must be reflected in the final production policy.
Retention and deletion
Do not publish a fixed retention promise unless it matches the actual production workflow. Client requests relating to deletion or access should be handled using the contact method provided in the active client/order system.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the site, service providers or legal requirements change.
