Quotes and scope
Guide prices on the website are starting points. A project quote should define the pages/screens, interactions, responsive states, target platform, delivery format, exclusions and revision scope before work begins.
Client materials
The client should have the right to provide the designs, text, images, fonts and other materials supplied for the project. PXHTML should use those materials only as needed to deliver the agreed work.
Payment and start of work
Payment timing and accepted methods should follow the terms shown in the active order/client system or the written project quote. Do not rely on outdated payment wording from older website pages.
Delivery and revisions
Delivery dates are estimates unless a written agreement states otherwise. Included revisions should address the agreed implementation scope; new pages, changed designs or new functionality may require a revised quote.
Intellectual property
Ownership of final deliverables and any reusable development tools should be defined by the project agreement. Third-party libraries, fonts and platform components remain subject to their own licenses.
Confidentiality
If a project requires an NDA, white-label delivery or a restriction on contacting the client’s customer, confirm those requirements in writing before sharing confidential materials.
Liability and platform changes
Third-party browsers, CMS platforms, email clients, plugins and services can change after delivery. Ongoing compatibility work or maintenance should be scoped separately unless it is explicitly included.
